Rules and Regulation
A MAXIMUM of 150 people will be allowed to play per one day. If entries exceed 150 another day will be scheduled. The entries will be base on the receipt of participant emails.
Game Regulations:
Players will be arranged into single elimination brackets
Players will be called up to the video game tournament area directed by a Helping Hands Member to the section they will play.
Players will compete and winner will be displayed on the video game system and on tournament bracket display on the wall.
For Guitar Hero and Madden 10
The difficulty level will increase as the rounds advance. The level of difficulty advancement will be determined the day of the event and will correspond to the number of rounds required to achieve the overall winner.
Song will be determined by the player with the highest number from a roll of the dice
Only in Guitar Hero will players be given two changes for high score and the highest score from the two will determine the winner.
The winner will be defined as the person with the highest score between the two players.
The winner will advance to the next round and displayed on the tournament progress board.
At the video game station there will be two chairs to show the players that are up next.
Players will be called 5 minutes before their game is to start.
The tournament will have a preselected order of rounds each person will know how long they have before their game will start.
If a player misses his/her turn the player will be shifted to the following round and recalled in 15 minutes.
If a player misses his/her turn for the second time the player will forfeit and be eliminated from the tournament.
If a player is eliminated he/she is allowed to remain at the site to enjoy the attractions, food and beverages at the event.
At the end of the tournament:
Prizes will be awarded to the winners as follows:
The grand prize $100 gift card will be awarded to both winners that remained undefeated for Guitar Hero and Madden 10 throughout the entire tournament.

Ensure that you are available for the tournament before you register, all registered players will need to be entered into the tournament brackets by April 28th.
Depending on the volume of the registrations the event may be extended.

On the “Registration Form” fill in information on the form. Check off which game you are registering for. You can only play one game per one day. You can not change chosen game after April 20, 2010. If you change chosen game after you receive your confirmation number, send form with the change and add the word "changed game" in the subject line of the email.

A confirmation will be sent back to you confirming your information and your place in the tournament from Helping Hands Helping Others.
Print the parent consent form and bring it with you signed the day of the tournament. You will not be allowed to enter without it.
Your school ID will be required to confirm your position in the tournament, again you will not be allowed to enter without it.
The $10 fee for the tournament will be charged at the event during the check-in process.
We ask that all competitors conduct themselves in a respectful manner and observance of the rules of fair play, respect for others, and graciousness in losing. In short, show sportsmanship to all fellow players.
